Dear
Russ,
I
am taking this opportunity to say thank you for
your help.
Your
expertise far surpassed any realtor with whom I have
worked.
You are a professional and it shows. The Sprague House - it is a lovely inn in a very charming town, however, it is as you intimated much more a restaurant than it is an inn. The kitchen restaurant needs new equipment which is, of course, a major expense. There are 3 rooms in the inn that are very well done and could be used immediately. The others would be very low end rooms and certainly won't help the profit and loss very much.
Peter and I were also concerned with traffic in the area. We talked with several people in the area who told us that this time is their busiest and we saw very few people. I'm not sure if the market is there, even with our guest list.
Again, we appreciate your time and hope that if anything else comes on the market, you will let us know.
Sincerely,
Norma D. Joyce |
